Fileja al pepperoncino
Fileja is a typical pasta from the Calabrian province of Vibo Valentia. Its elongated and curved shape is given by a particular manufacturing process.
Among the most common variants we have the Fileja with chilli, obtained by adding the natural aroma of Calabrian chilli and tomato to the mixture to enhance the typical Mediterranean taste.
Simply appetizing with a tomato sauce and fresh basil and with a sprinkling of grated pecorino.
Handcrafted product dried at low temperatures.

Tips for perfect cooking
Use 6 liters of water for 500g.
Add salt and when the water boils, add the pasta.
When cooked, drain and season to taste.
