Pappardelle
Pappardelle are a pasta shape very similar to tagliatelle but with a greater width.
It is a typical pasta of the Tuscan tradition.
The pappardelle are suitable for recipes with robust flavor sauces, such as sauces based on game meat, mushrooms and truffles and not to be neglected with fish-based sauces.
Their name derives from the typically Tuscan word "pappare" to indicate the action of eating.

Tips for perfect cooking
