Tagliatelle lend themselves to the preparation of many delicious first courses: from the classic tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce to those with porcini mushrooms, with sausage or the more delicious ones with salmon or artichokes.
Known and appreciated all over the world, Tagliatelle have their origins in the gastronomic culture of Emilia Romagna. A very thin sheet artfully pulled, folded on itself to be then cut and unrolled.

Tips for perfect cooking
