The shape is the classic one of Penne rigate but with more generous and appetizing dimensions. They capture the seasoning and enhance its flavor.
Pennoni rigati are excellent for preparing baked pies, but they are also particularly suitable for dry pasta seasoned with meat sauces or with vegetables such as peppers, courgettes and aubergines.

Tips for perfect cooking
