Typical pasta of the Neapolitan tradition, they are a sort of giant macaroni with the typical scratching on the surface.

Paccheri are often accompanied by succulent sauces based on meat, vegetables or even fish. Thanks to their size they can also be stuffed.

Tips for perfect cooking
Use 6 liters of water for 500g.
Add salt and when the water boils, add the pasta.
Stir occasionally.
When cooked, drain and season to taste.
