Linguine pasta is similar to spaghetti, but with a flattened shape as the Genoese tradition wants.
In Liguria, Linguine is often accompanied by excellent Genoese pesto. In fact, the particular shape of this type of pasta refers to the combination with fish-based sauces and condiments.

Tips for perfect cooking
