So named for its shape resembling an olive leaf, this pasta is typical of Puglia, but very common in many other areas of Italy.
Suitable with any type of condiment, such as meat sauce, pate, mushrooms and so on, although the Apulian tradition wants it with fresh tomato, burrata and a pinch of red pepper.

Tips for perfect cooking
